End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the application provider ("Licensor") governing your use of this mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Ownership

The application, including its software, design, graphics, icons, trademarks, text, and other intellectual property, is owned by the Licensor and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This Agreement grants you only the right to use the application and does not transfer ownership.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the application solely for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its related services.

4. User Content

All documents, PDFs, images, and other content created, imported, edited, or managed using the application remain your responsibility.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to use any content processed within the application.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription or one-time in-app purchase.

• Payments are securely processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
• Subscription management is handled using RevenueCat together with Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription expires.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

6. Advertisements

The application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements help support the continued development and maintenance of the application.

Certain subscriptions or premium purchases may provide an ad-free experience where applicable.

7. Third-Party Services

The application may use trusted third-party services to provide functionality and improve the user experience, including:

• Firebase
• Google AdMob
• RevenueCat
• Apple In-App Purchases

These services operate under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

8. Privacy

Your use of the application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Updates

The Licensor may release updates, enhancements, security improvements, or bug fixes from time to time.

Some updates may be required for the application to continue functioning properly.

10. No Warranty

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important documents and files.

12. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using and delete all copies of the application.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is concluded solely between you and the Licensor, and not with Apple.

Apple is not responsible for:

• Providing maintenance or support services.
• Addressing warranty claims.
• Handling product liability claims.
• Resolving claims relating to legal or regulatory compliance.
• Investigating claims of intellectual property infringement.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.

14. Export Compliance

You agree not to use or export the application in violation of applicable export control laws or regulations.

15. Changes to This Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

Updated versions will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
